Here is how to control your anger using the count to ten method.

  1. Get away from whatever/where ever your anger is.
  2. Go to a calm place, with little sound.
  3. Relax. Sit down, and take a breath!
  4. Then, begin counting. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten!
  5. You should’ve calmed down now!

  • A quiet, green, forest is a good place (if not muddy).
